- Made to order: 3-5 working days
- Pre-order: 7-10 working days
FREE shipping for all local (SG) orders with no minimum spend. Items will be mailed to you as SmartPac articles for local (SG) orders. Items are usually delivered within 2 working days.
For overseas customers, items will be sent as registered packages. Please make sure your delivery address is correct when you check out. Items are usually delivered between 10-15 working days.
Please understand that I have no control in overseas postal service quality and timeline, hence I am not responsible for any lost items. I will try my best to get in touch with Singapore postal service to request for help and updates but I am not able to guarantee a resolution.
Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange is available only for defect items. Please notify me via email (contact@faithdeedsjewelry.com) within 3 days upon receiving the item, and ship it back to me within 7 days upon receiving.
I don't accept returns or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
